GCA Services Executive Assistant in Dallas, Texas
Primary job responsibilities will include but are not limited to processing weekly payroll for 90+ employees, accounts payable processing, general office administration, human resources, preparation of office correspondence and other administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager and/or Account Managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Insure proper payroll deductions are set up.
Process new hires.
Code and process accounts payable invoices for payment.
Maintenance of accounts payable files.
Track and properly code overtime hours.
Assist in administrative process of purchasing supplies and equipment.
General office administration.
Typing, filing, copying, etc.
Handle other duties as assigned by Manager and/or General Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Associate's degree or higher AND a minimum of 2 years experience with payroll processing using automated systems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
High energy level and enthusiastic.
Reliable,detail oriented and accurate.
Familiarity with Kronos or other automated time-keeping systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
Strong communication skills- oral and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willing to work intensely until projects are completed.
Sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines; self-directed.
A criminal background check, results of which are not necessarily a bar to employment, and a drug screen are required.
