Resources Global Professionals (RGP) Healthcare Compliance Attorney in Dallas, Texas

We are looking for transactional attorneys with at least seven years of experience in the healthcare industry to join our Legal and Regulatory Practice in our Dallas office for project based engagements. These attorneys should have extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of vendor agreements in the healthcare industry, as well as a deep knowledge of healthcare compliance laws. As a consultant with RGP Legal, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience

  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating healthcare related agreements

  • Extensive experience with various healthcare compliance laws, including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law

  • Large law firm and in-house experience required

  • Graduate of a top tier law school

  • Admitted to practice in Texas

  • Demonstrated track record of positive impact in all positions held

  • Ability to respond effectively and quickly to clients' needs and issues

  • Ability and desire to work within a team environment

  • Highly professional with superior verbal and written communications skills
