POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Ownership of a specific client base that will include relationship development and business strategies.
Identify and drive ongoing revenue opportunities with existing clients
Maintain ongoing issues and project lists to drive results for clients with cross functional teams and within external client teams
Management of implementation projects including statement of work creating, adherence to project timelines, defining success criteria, and other aspects as needed
Create quotes and submit orders for hardware, software, services, and expenses
Participate in revenue collection and dispute analysis with the finance team
Track and forecast revenue for recognition purposes
Assist in contract and addendum process
Customer communication via email and phone
Collaborate with team members to analyze helpdesk trends and communicate results internally and externally as appropriate.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly client reporting as necessary and look for ways to improve client reporting to provide better insight into site level issues.
Assist in other general division initiatives and tasks as required. Other job related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in account management
Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills, including regular use of Excel pivot tables for reporting and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, confident - ability to work with multiple personality types and levels of employees; build strong relationships with customers and employees in other offices
Extremely organized; attention to detail
Strong analytical skills - think outside of normal day-to-day processes; ability to challenge and question processes, decisions
Point of Sale industry experience preferred, but not required.
