Austin Industries Job Site Administrative Assistant in Dallas, Texas
Austin Commercial is seeking a Job Site Administrative Assistant located in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for general office support on a large, construction job site to include the following:
Data entry, filing, taking meeting minutes and other general administrative duties as assigned.
Administrative support of the staff onsite.
Administrative support of the Safety staff onsite.
Assist Sr. FOM (Field Office Manager) with subcontractor billings and documents.
Assist Office Engineers/Project Engineers with collecting closeout documents for the various projects.
Assist Superintendents with organizing/filing daily reports and man-hours, badging subcontractors, etc.
Assist PM’s with correspondence, expense reports, greets owners, architects and consultants upon entrance to our office.
Responsible for the upkeep and organization of the document control room.
Scheduling of appointments, meetings, etc.
2+ years’ experience in general office administrative duties
Experience with Worker’s Compensation and Safety programs a plus
Experience in all types of business software including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be comfortable working at a construction site office
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
