Texas Health Resources Manager of Food and Nutrition Services in Dallas, Texas



Full Time – 1st shift

Required Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Required Experience:

5 years of food service experience with relevant experience in management of patient services team

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on the Dietetic Registration and Licensed with the Texas State is preferred

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Good customer service skills

  • Ability to make independent decisions

  • Complaint resolution skills

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for human resource functions including performance reviews, staff development and corrective action. Conduct candidate interviews and recommendations for hire decisions.

  • Perform department training based on needed in reference to skills, safety and sanitation standards. Train staff to create and present professional presentations and merchandizing based on all phases of service.

  • Serve as a member of the leadership team. Actively participate in department decisions and looks for innovative ways that help with positive growth of the department.

  • Performs other job duties as assigned by Assistant Director or Food Service Director
