Texas Health Resources Manager of Food and Nutrition Services in Dallas, Texas
Full Time – 1st shift
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5 years of food service experience with relevant experience in management of patient services team
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on the Dietetic Registration and Licensed with the Texas State is preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Good customer service skills
Ability to make independent decisions
Complaint resolution skills
Responsible for human resource functions including performance reviews, staff development and corrective action. Conduct candidate interviews and recommendations for hire decisions.
Perform department training based on needed in reference to skills, safety and sanitation standards. Train staff to create and present professional presentations and merchandizing based on all phases of service.
Serve as a member of the leadership team. Actively participate in department decisions and looks for innovative ways that help with positive growth of the department.
Performs other job duties as assigned by Assistant Director or Food Service Director
