Responsibilities of the Network Service Assurance Manager may include:
Experience within one or more of the telecommunications - cable industries.
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value.
Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.
Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions.
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe.
Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Service Assurance and Analytics in several of the following areas (with functional and technical knowledge): Strategic Network Operations Planning, Network Engineering & Build, Network & Service Provisioning, Service Assurance, Workforce Management, Network Analytics Minimum 5 years of experience with multiple Network technologies (TDM, IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Wireless) Minimum 3 years of experience with one or more commercial or custom FCAPS systems and related development Minimum of 1 year of experience with assurance activities related to virtualized network services Minimum 5 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and client facing presentations Bachelor degree Preferred Skills:
Experience with Network OSS and Service Assurance Experience implementing, installing, administering and fine-tuning NMS solutions such as Netcool, CA Spectrum, or EMC SMARTS Expert level programming experience in Perl, C and Shell Scripting Experience with RDBMS, WebServices, SQL, XML and JSON Experience in Linux (or Solaris) administration Experience working at a Telco (Wireline and/or Wireless), Service Provider or MSO is a plus
