Freeman is seeking a Part-Time Lighting and Rigging Equipment Coordinator to prepare regular work assignments related to the strategy of the department or work team. Additional duties include:

  • Work with the Lighting/Rigging team to ensure accurate equipment pulls, as well as packing and labeling in accordance to the Pick Lists and Pull Sheets.

  • Identify and separate appropriate branch and cross-rental equipment and prep for proper return.

  • Work with the team to ensure that all equipment is returned to the proper place after it has passed through the returns area.

  • Visually inspect/QC gear upon its return to identify any damaged assets.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; give clear instructions so that they are understood by team

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize.

  • Microsoft office skills


  • 2 years’ experience within the industry

  • Experience in lighting and rigging

  • Inventory management experience


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Associates Degree
