Freeman is seeking an experienced Part-Time Project Coordinator to work in our Exhibitor Sales department. This position directs and coordinates timely completion of projects by performing duties personally or through liaison with department heads or supervisor. Other responsibilities include:

  • Produces timely and accurate estimates of cost on exhibit construction, graphics, field services and shipping, taking in to account company production methods, labor and material costs

  • Ensure production information is communicated effectively to all producing branches involved with the event or project and follow through to completion, including invoicing

  • Engages in floor plan/booth layout development, designs/renderings, graphics coordination and organization of archiving process

  • Prepares show site information for Account Executive, clients and show site supervisors, as requested and may include work ticket books, service order forms, floor plans/layouts, travel information and transportation

  • Communicates and coordinates production information including service orders through our company systems and reviews/confirms details with producing branches/depots and outside vendors

  • Produces timely and accurate cost estimates/sales proposals to include exhibit construction, graphics, show services and transportation, taking in to account company production methods, labor and material costs

  • Assists Account Executive with budgets/”ball parking” in gathering information necessary to meet the client's requirements


  • Minimum one 1 year experience coordinating timely completion of projects

  • Ability to work independently on assigned accounts

  • Ability to write reports, proposals, business correspondence and procedure manuals

  • Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Be willing and able to accommodate flexible work schedules including hours related to Australian and other international time zones


  • Previous trade show experience

  • Experience integrating brands


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Associates Degree
