Accountemps has partnered with a company in Downtown Dallas to locate a Payroll Administrator on a temporary to hire basis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for payroll processing, data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Payroll Administrators with strong ADP experience, attention to detail and ability to work well in a busy office environment will be considered. Job Duties: Review payroll reports for accuracy on a regular basis, including forms 940, 941, W-2s, disability and unemployment in multiple states and jurisdictions Coordinates and ensures that relevant employee data has been entered into payroll system. Maintains all payroll information in Workday. Prepares, processes, and distributes semimonthly payrolls for active employees and a monthly payroll for legacy retirees Serve as primary point of contact for resolving questions and issues regarding payroll.
