The QC Analyst - Marketing will:

  • Understand the loyalty database, back-end processes, and frequent flyer program to provide support around the company’s needs to generate revenue, gain Customer insight, and/or maintain the loyalty program’s competitiveness.

  • Perform quality control on developed campaigns, to include email, direct mail, website, campaign data, promotion setup, and advertising (social and display).

  • Understand QA processes and follow process guidelines with a knowledge of system testing methodologies.

  • Document new QA procedures and discover opportunities for improvements in existing procedures.

  • Maintain a QC checklist and a master guideline document with approved disclaimers/trademarks; share modifications with impacted cross-functional teams; seek out inconsistencies in QC guidelines and facilitate the creation of new ones when needed.

  • Develop testing process standards in order to streamline and report releases with a zero error rate.

  • Develop a rich understanding of the Brand Style Guide in order to efficiently perform QC on a variety of materials.

  • Write, maintain, review, and execute test procedures and test cases.

  • Initiate and conduct test case/procedure reviews with the team to ensure tests are relevant and effective.

  • Communicate effectively with a variety of teams, including, but not limited to, General Counsel, Advertising, Email Development, and Customer Advocacy.

  • Strong Quality Control experience/background

  • Marketing experience in relation to emails, advertising, social media, etc.

  • Editing experience within a tool (BrandHub experience a plus)

  • Familiarity working with data

  • Experience working on ad-hoc projects

  • Experience working within MS Office suite, specifically Excel

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively in high-stress situations

  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

  • Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

Optional Skills:

  • SQL experience a plus
