Toyota's Quality Assurance Management Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Engineer.

The primary responsibility of this role is to establish plans/ strategies for regional wide quality system applications to improve the management of quality control related information

Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the Quality Assurance Management Department to Establish, Revise & Maintain the Quality Information System (QIMS) for Toyota North American Manufacturing Companies Quality Assurance department's


Coordinate amongst the North American Manufacturing Company (NAMC) quality control groups the necessary business flow & desired requirements of the application Assure QIMS applications to deploy will meet all Toyota applicable quality requirements and/or standards Coordinate/Facilitate requirement understanding during design & development of such applications with the appropriate Toyota divisions Manage the deployment of the applications at each of the identified NAMCs Responsible for the continued maintenance, kaizen & reporting of the applications deployed across the NAMCs

A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Has led a multi-divisional project with coordination of major milestones & presenting to executive level Must display strong organizational skills, people skills & a continuous improvement (kaizen) mind Experience in quality engineering, operations & auditing Demonstrated problem solving capability A successful candidate may have:

Post-graduation professional experience in relevant technical functions (Quality Engineering & Operations) Completed Toyota Problem Solving TBP Experience leading quality related projects across multiple divisions STANDARD BENEFITS:
