Resources Global Professionals (RGP) Recruiting Manager in Dallas, Texas

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our Dallas practice. As a Recruiting Manager, you will support an overall talent acquisition program with a focus on identifying and developing effective recruitment channels and promoting the RGP brand through outreach to various communities and forums. The Recruiting Manager will make a strong contribution to local sourcing initiatives and highly impact the pipeline development of top consultant talent in Silicon Valley. The essential responsibilities of this role are outlined below.


  • Support a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on current and projected initiatives and engagements, the existing Consultant team, and market conditions

  • Identify alternative recruitment sourcing channels and seek out new methods of recruiting by conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

  • Establish, build and maintain relationships with local candidates, consultants, business and professional associations, university programs, and other forums to generate leads for candidate prospects

  • Conduct a variety of sourcing techniques including: networking, referrals, proprietary database searches, relevant social media and web-based searches, and various other outreach activities

  • Represent and promote the company and support branding initiatives at appropriate professional and community events

  • Review resumes, prescreen and schedule candidate interviews

  • Conduct and document professional references for prospective consultants

  • Develop candidate profiles and summaries to effectively position consultants to clients

  • Maintain applicant database and other internal recruitment tools

  • Understand the talent pipeline to assist the client service team identify talent for open engagements and proposals

  • Provide on-going support throughout the recruiting and consultant staffing/engagement lifecycle

Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience: human resources and/or recruitment experience or business operations (e.g., accounting / finance, information management, marketing, customer service

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited institution

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and/or CRM’s and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility, attention to detail and a customer service orientation

  • Ability to research, analyze and interpret general business information such as business articles, performance data, job descriptions, etc.

  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism; ability to interface and engage with diverse audiences and stakeholder groups

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, business partners

  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
