Join us and start doing your life's best work.SM Position Responsibilities: Conduct SNP MOC legal research Participate in development of business strategy Monitor changes to requirements to mitigate risk and achieve compliance Support collection of data for submission for CMS audits Monitor external and internal regulatory audits Assist and provide supporting documentation for SNP program Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business Able to deal with ambiguity Works with little or no supervision, Autonomy is essential Provides clear and concise direction Excellent follow-up, follow through abilities Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication An individual who is comfortable communicating with executive leadership and external parties Strong presentation skills; intermediate level of proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Reviews the work of others Develops innovative approaches Sought out as expert Serves as a leader/mentor Required Qualifications: BSN Registered Nurse or RN 2+ years of experience with Medicare Proficiency within Microsoft Office Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements for Medicare Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medicaid, Special Needs Program or Long Term Care Program Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
