Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Revenue Financial Analysis Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Revenue Optimization Manager.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop revenue and profit optimization opportunities while balancing sales objectives with profit & mix opportunities. This position works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Planning organizations and will be required to drive collaborative discussions across the organizations. The person in this role will support the development of at least two Senior Financial Analysts. In addition to Finance experience, the ideal candidate will have automotive experience including incentives and/or sales experience.

What you’ll be doing

Lead efforts to manage North America Revenue Optimization across field sales offices and headquarters-based teams to optimize orders for vehicle mix and option penetration. Evaluate tradeoffs between legal entities to optimize enterprise profitability. Lead and facilitate both consolidated and individual N.A. Field Sales Office management reporting and analysis. Identify for field office management and HQ Sr. management regional profit contribution in total and on per unit basis highlighting key performance drivers and potential opportunities for improvement. Utilize Enterprise Contribution Margin information for Toyota, Lexus and Scion, to support incremental profit analyses and reporting. Identify key factors affecting changes (e.g., price increases, exchange rate, product mix, cost changes, option loading, freight, etc.) and inform Sr. management. Lead decision support efforts for incremental Revenue/Profit analyses through collaborative efforts with operations and development of decision support tools. Gain consensus on appropriate targets and drive the organization towards profit improvement efforts. Develop and manage analysts for work assignments, motivating performance, improving and developing skill sets to ensure that team members are trained and knowledgeable to ensure accuracy and consistency of analysis #LI-TMNA

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA highly desired Progressive finance related experience preferred Management experience required Automotive industry and experience supporting a sales organization is preferred Proven skills in leadership, analytics, organization, relationship building, persuasion, oral and written presentations, problem solving, and negotiation Strong initiative, ability to lead and work in pressure situations Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of top management and to build trust and integrity to be able to persuade.
