Baylor Scott & White Health RN Emergency Department 7P in Dallas, Texas
We are looking for RNs to work in one of our Emergency Department (ED) units.
Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs have to be ready to care for patients when they need us most. In addition to providing specialized and innovative services, we need our ED RNs to be equipped to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages. Our Emergency Department (ED) nurses are trained in dealing with a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions. Ideal prospective ED RNs must be able to quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions and be able to prioritize their injuries and medical needs accordingly.

ADN required; BSN degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of experience is required.
CPR/BLS is required.
2-3 years emergency room experience preferred
BLS is required
ACLS is strongly preferred
PALS or ENPC strongly preferred
TNCC and CEN preferred
Note: If you have less than 6 months of experience, we recommend that you apply to our nursing internship program. Internships are available for new graduates and experienced nurses in a variety of specialties. New classes begin in January, June, and September.
