Title:Sales and Education Executive - Dallas, TX

Location:Dallas, TX



General Description

  • Drive sales to meet quota/ 5% over LY minimum expectation

  • Develop territory strategy in conjunction with RSEM to effectively call on stores on a monthly basis to maximize sell through

  • Educate and train staff through Murad brand knowledge and product demonstration

  • Plan and execute special events on a monthly basis

  • Plan and execute corporate events quarterly

  • Quarterly meetings with Store Management, District Managers, Department Managers, District Trainers

  • Responsible for daily recap with “Go Spot Check”

  • Weekly analysis of store sell through report to be reviewed with RSEM

  • Communicate season presentation to Store Management and Store Selling Staff

  • Communicate monthly retail sales results to Store Manager and Store Selling Staff

  • Collect and report any out of stock situation to National Account Managers

  • Responsible for T & E budget and accurate weekly submission

  • Understand and execute the promotional calendar with appropriate store personnel

  • Merchandise linear, case line, secondary location according to Merchandising guidelines and Retail Plan o Gram

  • Weekly conference call with RSEM

    Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year sales calling on retail accounts

  • Strong retail track record-basic sales skills

  • Organize and prioritize daily and monthly calendars

  • Basic business acumen- comprehension of daily administrative requirements such as, outlook, excel, basic computer skills, etc.

  • Familiarity with retailers: Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom preferred

    Education Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma

  • College degree preferred


  • Excellent sales skills

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation

  • Ability to organized and prioritize

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs

  • Ability to follow through

  • Team player and works well with others

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships

  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to motivate others

  • Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and cannot have any travel restrictions. Travel required -Overnight travel required

Physical Demands of the Job

  • 8-10 hours per day

  • 5 days per week - Tuesday - Saturday

  • 100% of time performing activity – presentation, assisted selling

  • 50% of the time performing activity - Lift/Lower/Carry 25-40lbs: Carry signs, boxes, etc.
