WS Packaging Group, Inc. Senior Account Executive in Dallas, Texas
Position Summary:This position must be located in the SouthCentral United States, preferrably around the Dallas, TX area.
The Senior Account Executive for Durables / Compliance is responsible for driving new business development of durable / compliance labeling and printed documents across defined regional accounts within the industrial manufacturing sector.
The Senior Account Executive will be relied upon to increase WSPG market share, revenue, and margin through the prospecting and development of strategic regional accounts assigned, while also providing support to market trends and analysis, competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and product development.
Builds and prospects new strategic targets within the industrial manufacturing sector for durable / compliance label, nameplate, and printed document business.
Develops and implements strategies to identify business opportunities with new and existing defined regional account base.
Develops and deploys appropriate product placement and pricing strategies.
Provides technical field support / product recommendations to key accounts via provided product positioning strategies as defined internally and in alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Cultivates and maintains effective customer relations with strategic durable / compliance customers / prospects within the industrial manufacturing sector.
Conducts sales presentations to senior levels of regional or site locations.
Supports and participates in individual and team-oriented sales initiatives.
Facilitates communication and coordination of sales and services with regional industrial manufacturing customers or prospects defined within territory responsibility.
Product Manager / Plant Liaison:
- Work with Business Unit Product Manager and Plant Managers to support communications relative to execution of orders, product placement, service support and quality reviews.
- Meets sales accountability requirements by preparing regular forecasts and monthly reporting on sales results, market conditions, and strategic account metrics.
Minimum seven years of demonstrated successful sales experience in a position that involves negotiation of complex transactions, including contracts and/or terms of conditions.
Must have previous B2B business development key account management experience dealing with executive level decision makers.
Knowledge of and prior experience with sales of durable / compliance label or printed documents is required, with specific technical understanding of pressure sensitive materials, adhesives, and processes supporting the durables / compliance label market.
Proven experience with large accounts within the industrialmanufacturing sector is required.
Must have proven ability to present to high level customers and close accounts.
Able to calculate pricing, percentages, expenses, and profit margins..
