Sodexo Health Care is seeking qualified Senior Sales Director - Hospitals Facilities Management to join our National Sales team supporting our Facilities Management (FM) growth opportunities and strategy. Only candidates with a strong background in selling Facilities Management solutions will be considered for this position.
For this role we are looking for someone ideally located in the Southeast United States.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience Facilities Management
Minimum of three (3) years successful sales experience
Work experience and/or industry knowledge related the healthcare market
Effective selling style using formalized processes such as Solution Selling, Challenger, Territory Planning tools, CRM, etc.

Qualified and desired candidates for this career opportunity will have accountability for FM sales and gross profit growth. The individual will direct the FM sales efforts and advise on marketing programs as well as develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
Our Senior FM Sales Directors will play a critical role in driving sales growth and additional avenues to promote the growth of the Company brand. Our experienced FM Sales Directors will actively pursue and sell large complex solutions/offers to Sodexo’s existing and new client base within the Health Care industry – with a primary focus on enterprise-wide hospital organizations.
The sales team works collaboratively with our Brand and Product offerings (Offer Development). The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Integrated Facilities Solutions.

Up to 80% travel
Develops and executes strategic client retention plans that result in the achievement of sales, market share, account retention or market growth targets. Recommends and influences key decision makers to pursue a course of action based on an in-depth analysis of the client's objectives, needs and challenges. Researches, develops proposals, prepares responses, and follows up with prospective clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 6years of sales or industry-related work experience
