Sr. Consultant Executive Compensation & Benefits
Sr. Consultant Executive Compensation & Benefits, under general direction, is accountable for overseeing the development, implementation and administration of executive compensation and benefit programs ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sr. Consultant Executive Compensation & Benefits is also responsible for preparation of materials for the Compensation and Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees.
Support the maintenance and administration of total compensation programs for executives, including but not limited to base pay, short and long-term incentive plans and executive benefits.
Oversight and tracking of the annual budget for incentive programs according to the established budgeting process and timelines.
Prepares annual review of executive compensation levels against peer groups and other benchmarks and prepares recommendations for any updates as appropriate.
Evaluate jobs and conduct executive market-pricing activities. Complete market surveys relating to executive compensation.
Interface with the Compensation and Governance Committee's independent consultant regarding executive compensation programs, program updates and other executive compensation initiatives that must be reviewed and approved by the Committee.
Prepares materials that are to be provided to the Compensation and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
Bachelors Degree or Experience Equivalent
7-10 years Compensation experience
