Sharecare, Inc. Sr. Onsite Health Coach- Part-Time in Dallas, Texas
This position will serve as a resource and enhancement to the client wellness program and will report directly to the Director On-Site Health. There are two primary areas of responsibility with the position. One is to reduce employee health risks by assisting employees in identifying and understanding their health risks and then coaching them through the behavioral change process to reduce their risks. The second is to provide support to specific client wellness program initiatives. This is a part time position that will work an 8 hour day on Wednesday and Thursday each week onsite at the client in Dallas.
Contacts participants that are eligible for the program for enrollment and provides necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate high-risk behaviors.
Delivers face to face, one on one coaching sessions.
Employs appropriate models to encourage adoption of habits that are conducive to a higher quality of life.
Coordinates the delivery of services and care with other members of a multi-disciplinary care team.
Responsible for supporting operational aspects of the division to meet the organization's customer requirements and satisfaction.
Leverages health education skills, problem-solving and assessment skills to improve the lives of others.
Understands internal and community resources that are available to the employee and refers appropriately.
Work with the account team to support client wellness programming which may include the coordination of an overall wellness calendar, health events, biometric screenings, health education sessions, and physical activity sessions.
Provide support for planning and execution of corporate health fairs
Assist the account team in the marketing of health & wellness programs utilizing broadcast emails, posters, webpage, and other forms of communication as requested by the client.

Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
Requires effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to utilize telephone and input/retrieve computer information for extended periods of time.
Project Management Skills required.
Must be able to understand directions and communicate/respond to inquiries.
Licensures and Certifications as appropriate.
Previous coaching experience preferred
Must be able to work 16 hours a week- two 8 hour shifts on Wednesday and Thursday
