The Human Resources Strategic Talent Acquisition Attraction Consultant is responsible for 1) effectively sourcing and recruiting talent for strategic positions 2) independently screening candidates to assess for basic qualifications as well as to assess experience and competency fit utilizing appropriate selection tools 3) assisting in providing accurate and timely reporting and communication of staffing results and metrics to clients and Talent Acquisition Consulting Team and 4) assuring a remarkable experience for clients and prospects. This position's work schedule involves evenings and occasional Saturdays, regional travel and requires the lifting and movement of recruitment materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Reporting Information/Location This Talent Acquisition Attraction Consultant position is located in Dallas, Texas and reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Attraction. Position Responsibilities: Sourcing Management -- Actively source and recruit qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes and strategy. * Independently conducts talent searches, identifying and assessing talent, for open positions utilizing active and passive search strategies. Primary sourcing and recruitment responsibilities are targeted towards mid-level to senior officer career positions with medium to difficult complexity. * Executes Comerica's Multi-Channel sourcing model with the primary focus on passive and referral recruitment channels. * Executes regional recruitment outreach strategies in partnership with Talent Attraction Manager and Talent Consulting Team, attending key recruitment outreach events as an extension of the Multi-Channel sourcing strategy. * Develops and maintains consistent brand awareness within markets we recruit, partnering and building relations with professional associations and networking groups. * Develops a pipeline of high quality candidates to facilitate timely hiring and greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycle. Generating referrals, networking and headhunting to build the candidate talent pool. * Independently determines necessary sourcing strategy and provides consultation to the hiring manager regarding direction. * Acts as an online recruitment champion for the business, demonstrating best practice, providing pro-active online recruitment advice and challenging views when appropriate. * Utilizes recruitment tools to actively target passive job seekers through searching, direct messaging and interaction with online groups and forums. * Gathers market intelligence, document findings, and deliver summary of those findings to Talent Acquisition Consultants and senior leadership. * Assists Talent Acquisition leadership with the execution of complex search projects for a given line of business. * Day to day running of advertised positions on job-boards including response management. * Immaculate documentation and control of high volume data. * Assists with regular reporting on job board usage, cost savings and career site activity. * Understands EEO/Affirmative Action, OFCCP, and federal/state HR and employment laws as they relate to recruitment and selection. * Ensures that all recruitment activity is compliant. Assessment Management -- Independently screens qualified candidates to assess for basic qualifications as well as to assess experience and competency fit utilizing appropriate selection tools. * Conducts deep initial screening and assessment of talent being considered for strategic positions throughout the bank such as Senior Officer, Relationship Managers, Model Risk, Financial Consultants etc. * Makes independent decisions on the recommendations to hiring managers and/or Talent Acquisition Consultants of the best qualified candidates for the position. * Corresponds with candidates that are moving through the selection process, keeping them interested and maintaining a remarkable experience throughout. * Maintains candidate records and follow-up correspondence in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or Talent Relationship Management (TRM). Independently demonstrates an organized and systematic approach to candidate management. Reporting & Communication -- Under the supervision of your manager assist in providing accurate and timely reporting and communication of staffing results and metrics. * Updates Talent Relationship Management (TRM) system and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly. * Provides regular prospect updates to Talent Acquisition Consultants or hiring manager either written or verbally. * Build organizational charts through the use of Visio or PowerPoint. Preferred Experience * Experience initiating and executing complex national passive pipeline and recruitment projects. * Experience recruiting and pipelining mid-level to senior office talent for high priority positions. * Experience engaging with and providing regular updates on recruitment strategy to upper level management. * Experience engaging with internal and external partners, networking and building relations to support Diversity programs. * Fundamental knowledge and application of Web 2.0 search techniques. * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university * 6 years of talent acquisition, recruiting and/or sourcing experience * 2 years of experience using any major applicant tracking system and/or contact relationship management system * 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
