Responsibilities include:

  • Manages LMS administration and coordinates improved processes between other training functions

  • Create/schedule courses and classes, and manage rosters within the LMS platforms, maintaining high data integrity

  • Upload eLearning modules to the platform for deployment and manage the testing of those modules prior to activation

  • Manage localization templates and associated localized courseware

  • Generate and manage standard and custom/ad-hoc report requests

  • Identify, research, and resolve user questions and issues through trouble ticket tracking system

  • Work with other departments such as travel to assure logistics are in place for in-field training sessions

  • Inform employees, partners and customers about training options

  • Track and report on training outcomes

  • Maintain training records

  • Handle logistics for global in-field training activities including venues (hotels/AVAD offices), materials and equipment

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

  • Serve as the training liaison to internal/external inquiries by email or telephone

  • Perform other assigned duties as required


  • 3-5 years Learning Management System experience

  • Experience managing training processes and procedures such as scheduling, enrollments, rosters, waitlists, etc.

  • Demonstrated experience in data administration within an LMS

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with minimal direct supervision

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of SCORM and AICC; able to troubleshoot issues

  • Experience with multimedia and e-learning tools such as Captivate, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Basic knowledge in HTML editing

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Creative thinker, highly motivated and self-managing

  • Must be able to coordinate and organize tasks and activities to ensure that project schedules and project goals are met
