Job Description: Tactical Radios is an area within the Tactical Communication Systems product line and the Integrated Communication Systems Mission Area. Tactical Radios is the largest group within TCS with 2016 forecasted revenue of over $150M. Tactical Radios is a complex business with multiple customers both domestic and international. The products range from legacy to next generation and are installed on a variety of platforms including airborne, ground, and unmanned vehicles. Tactical Radios is looking for a finance intern to support the Tactical Radios Production product line. The successful candidate will work closely with the Space & Airborne Systems finance team in assisting in the preparation of financial requirements including the following: Estimate at Completions (EACs), Earned Value Management (EVMS) performance analysis, Monthly Program Reviews, financial forecasting, reporting & analysis of bookings, sales, profit and cash program metrics. In addition, the intern will assist with and gain exposure to strategic business management activities such as AOP & 5 Year Strategic Plan. * Required Skills: Strong written and verbal skills Must be flexible and willing to deal with a wide range of work assignments Ability to work well as part of a team Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage time and prioritize workload Knowledge of key financial systems and tools (Excel, Powerpoint) Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders *Required Education: Currently pursuing a BS / BA degree from an accredited four-year university and entering as a college Junior or Senior year by fall 2017.
