Please send resumes to firstname.lastname@example.org Job Summary: The Vice President-IT is responsible for ensuring that our Client is technologically positioned to achieve its financial, sales, and service related goals. This is primarily accomplished by meeting with Senior Staff, consultation with key clients and executives concerning technology development needs, the management of projects and IT staff, and the management of all information systems. The Vice President-IT will lead the company's IT strategy and oversee all aspects of its information systems while driving innovation and planning future states in collaboration with senior leaders and the IT team. Responsibilities:
Management of IT Staff: o Manage the functions of the IT Staff to ensure skill sets and attitudes are aligned with day to day and long-term goals o Attract, develop, and retain a high performing team based on strengths, talents, group dynamics and business needs to provide clear direction and feedback to direct reports o Continue to build a responsive and customer service focused team o Provide executive presence
Information Systems Management: o Manage all business-critical technology functions; including systems design, software development, enterprise and network structure, integration and implementation of complex IT programs, technical support, and implementation of hardware/software, security and disaster recovery. o Work with the Network Administrator, IT Team and the COO/CEO to ensure that the company has the equipment, software, and licensing in place to accommodate their current and near future needs o Promote the use of industry standard processes and frameworks, and the adherence to internal control practices within IT
Project Management: o Ensure that projects are assigned and completed as needed and that priorities/timelines are set. Work with individuals to ensure they understand their projects and that realistic attention is given to the priorities of each assignment o Responsible for solution delivery and performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, or other IT governance metrics identified
Liaison: o Meet with Senior Staff, departments, clients, and IT staff to ensure that projects are defined and understood, and that expectations are defined.
Information Security: o Serve as the Information Security Officer by ensuring security policies are documented, reviewed, and adhered to by all employees. o Ensure that information systems take into account security standards as they are developed and maintained

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a technological related field or Business Management with IT Management experience
10 plus years of experience in Information Technology
5 Plus years of direct management experience
Record of motivating teams and instilling accountability for on-time, within budget delivery, and the ability to develop and manage processes to motivate staff to achieve desired results
Strong understanding of programming
Ability to develop effective relationships with senior leaders, IT team members, and other key stakeholders and functional leaders
Excellent communications skills are required. Must be able to communicate technical ideas and concepts to non-technical individuals, as well as discuss these details on a technical level with IT staff
Strong attention to detail, and an ability to execute with precision while juggling multiple projects and priorities
Ability to talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
