Qualifications/Duties:

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton is seeking a full time Clinical Lab Assistant for their laboratory.

Hours:

• Full Time; 3rd Shift

• 7 On/ 7 Off; Thursday - Wednesday

Required minimum education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required minimum experience:

• No experience required

• Prefer 6: months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy

Required license/certification

• None required

• Prefer: PBT (ASCP)

Required skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills

• Proficient in basic computer skills

• Prefer: Venipuncture skills with all age groups
