Verizon Technical Customer Service Representative in Dfw Airport, Texas
Verizon Enterprise Solutionsis seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our established team of rock stars professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. You are the company's front line and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. Responsibilities for the Technical Customer Service Representative will be as followed:
Provide customer support in a 24x7 operating environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Thoroughly and accurately document every interaction usingone of themany tool sets
Advocate for the customer by properly escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support
Monitor the service desk ticket queue and provide follow-up in order to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to user requests/incidents within agreed SLA
Maintains user, customer, and departmental confidentiality at all times
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A 12 HOUR SHIFT covering CORE hours of either7A - 7P or 7P - 7A
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 yrs previous technical customer service
Experienced withinan ITIL Service Desk
Excellent computer knowledge, especially with ticketing software
Highly organized, detail oriented, team centric, and a keen sense of urgency
Uses feedback for improvement
Strong written skills, with an emphasis on technical writing
Ability to handle a large volume of work, while maintaing focus on the customer
