RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with ADP's partner banks. * Assists with the implementation of ADP's bank account infrastructures. * Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of banking services with ADP's partner banks. * Ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve customer banking escalations. * Able to apply knowledge of various levels of assignments from moderate to complex. * Able to work effectively as part of a team while building strong relationships with multiple business units. * Possesses and applies an in-depth level of analytical and critical thinking skills. * Maintains knowledge of banking industry standards. * Identifies opportunities to improve services and streamline product efficiencies. * Collaborates with key business units by providing ongoing banking knowledge and support. * Maintains ownership of work assignment and ensures service level guidelines are met timely. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * 1-2 years in Banking Operations, Treasury Services, and Account Analysis. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Finance required.
