Position Summary

Responsible for proper mixing, slump and delivery of concrete from batch plants to various customers within the immediate and surrounding areas.


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required

  • CDL Class B with 1 year minimum driving experience and clean driving record

  • Previous experience operating a concrete mixer truck preferred

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact professionally with customers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics and other drivers as needed

  • Ability to work various hours including overtime

  • Work outside in varying weather conditions

  • Awareness of safety issues and professional attitude when dealing with members of the driving public is required
