Computer Task Group is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to work a 4 1/2 month contract position onsite at their client's location in Fort Worth, TX.
Provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printers. May be supporting iOS devices including iPhones, iPads using Airwatch.
Minimum of 2 years providing Windows XP/Win7 support to end users, either in person or through remote assistance. 1 year of software break/fix support. Ability to trouble shoot problems. Ability to image systems and/or upgrade OS from Win7 to Win10
Advanced trouble shooting skills in Win7, experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, PC imaging. iOS experience with iPhones, iPads and/or Air Watch. CompTIA Security certification highly desired.
