Lockheed Martin Facility Operations Analyst Sr in Fort Worth, Texas
As part of the Plant Engineering team, the candidate will be responsible for managing equipment installations, repairs, and equipment refurbishments accomplished by outside contractors as well as in-house maintenance personnel.
Basic Qualifications Must have the required skill sets to project manage equipment installations, purchase order contracts, On-call contracts, outside vendors and perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on equipment/facilities. Work on a variety of mechanical and electrical problems of moderate scope and complexity and provide solutions which are innovative and consistent with Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology (RCM). This position involves the creation of technical documentation for the purchase, and installation of facilities services, industrial processes and equipment utilized in accordance with industry standards.
Desired skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS such as Maximo). Project planning experience a plus.
