Lockheed Martin Field Sales Support Systems Engineering Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
Responsible for the Depot Operations and Fleet Management Team within Depot Operations, Modification and Retrofit team, Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). This position shall provide Full Spectrum Leadership for diverse team members for the execution of Depot Modification and Heavy Maintenance Fleet Management within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Organic Depot locations. Manage aircraft maintenance depot planners and support engineers, depot Level contractor field teams (CFT) and schedule analysts in the preparation, support, and execution of F-16 and F-22 depot modifications and repairs. Manage and execute cross-team coordination and integration on detailed depot requirements, depot flow plans, depot logistics requirements and Fleet Management Plan (FMP). Plan and execute depot level contractor field team support for the IFG. Responsible for depot Requests for Proposals (RFP), development of depot Statements of Work (SOW), manage the preparation of depot proposals, and support contractual fact-finding and negotiations with the customers. Act as the primary interface with the Lockheed Martin F-22 Partner Office and the 574th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron leadership at Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC), Hill AFB for the F-22 Depot Mod Line.
Basic Qualifications Proven ability to provide Full Spectrum Leadership across diverse team including distributed personnel.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple organizations to build consensus and achieve specific organizational and Program goals.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, team leadership, and executing teams to achieve results.
Proven ability to manage within Company earned value principles and achieve results in performance-based logistics contracts, leveraging flexibility to achieve contractual goals.
Experience in Organic and/or contractor depot maintenance planning, management, and execution.
Experience in planning, managing and executing Depot Level Contract Field Team (CFT) activities.
Experience in the development of depot flow plans, depot scheduled work packages, and aircraft induction planning.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, F-22 Program access, and special access programs.
Desired skills Previous military Organizational maintenance and/or Depot level modification proposal leader/management experience.
F-16 and/or F-22 aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance, modification, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning.
Experience in Organic Depot Implementation Agreements (IA), Depot Metrics, and Depot Financial Management, to include Organic Depot Cost Performance Reports (CPR)
Basic knowledge of aircraft management and maintenance processes as well as earned value management techniques.
Proficient in the use of personnel computers and MS office applications.
