Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking a Forecasting Analyst for a 12 month contract position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX.

The hours for this position are as follows

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

The Forecasting Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of both new forecasting models, as well as pre-existing models, that support the Surgical Franchise. Work with Manager of Business Analytics to source all required data sources to support modeling Create flexible models that can be adjusted on the fly via controllable variables (to handle changing assumptions) Document key assumptions within forecasting models, with appropriate rationale to support the assumption On-time delivery of accurate forecasting mode. Demonstrates attention to detail, tenacity, and quality focus Ability to receive input on model design from Head of Strategic Development and Forecasting and translate into working output Ability to effectively navigate organization and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Effectively translate customer needs into functional requirements (e.g. partnering with IT) Translate complex analyses and insights from model output into management-friendly reports & recommendations Facilitate delivery of forecasting model outputs (often in coordination with other functions) Provide support for ad-hoc requests and small projects from Head of Strategic Development and forecasting


Bachelor’s degree in Math, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field and at least 2 years of related experience. Excellent communication, technical and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications.
