Robert Half Technology Help Desk Analyst II in Fort Worth, Texas
Each store has been replacing their broken/outdated hard drives on a one off basis and the team doesn't really have the bandwidth to shut down and help the store once they get the new HD. These three people will be remotely assisting the retail associates with installing new hard drives – Pier 1 is just going to replace all of them in every store that hasn't been replaced within last year. The "POS" portion of the job is due to the fact the hard drives are running computers that have the store's POS system installed. The work should be relatively simple, and just plug and play because everything should be formatted, imaged, etc when it arrives to the store and these techs will be walking the rsa's through installation/troubleshooting.
