Job Description •Provides statistical services and maintains internal digital solution systems related to HSE and/or Business Continuity programs at site.

•Assists in ensuring that the site complies with all pertinent HSE regulations, permits, statutes, local ordinances and/or other externally driven requirements.

•Assists in ensuring that the site complies with all pertinent Alcon and Novartis HSE Guidelines, and associated Guidance Notes.

•Provides HSE services to the site in an effective and efficient manner.

• Assist with safety and health data statistical analysis and trending report generation

• Assist with the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents

• Assist site with managing Incident Reporting data and input

• Perform as the site “Super” user of internal HSE digital solutions and deliver training to internal stakeholders based on their level of functionality.

Minimum requirements

•Certificate and/or 1 to 2 year college / university degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, occupational health and/or medicine, engineering, or related field.

•Driven, client-oriented mindset and desire to continuously improve

•Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments

•Fluency in English essential.

•Knowledge/Fluency of at least one other language preferred.

•At least 3 years of professional experience related to HSE and/or Business Continuity preferred

•A recent college/university graduate with experience limited to internships or similar role required
