Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the Human Resources Information Systems function for Cook Children's Healthcare System. This includes working with other managers/directors of HR on system implementations, updating, and maintenance. The Manager of HRIS additionally provides technical support and expertise to increase efficiencies in our system processes and the service effectiveness for all Human Resources. Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field required. · Must have at least four years of experience supporting HRIS systems. · Experience with Lawson highly preferred. · Must have proven history in data analysis and in creating technical documents. · Must have two or more years of experience in project management. · Must have a proven history of teamwork and professional courtesy. · Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Word). · PHR, SPHR, or CCP preferred.
