Ingram Micro Material Planner in Fort Worth, Texas
Material scheduling on all material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Interfaces with production management on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments. Interfaces with all departments to ensure compliance with corporate policy and customer efficacy requirements. Is required to ensure accurate data collection and proper documentation to support the activities of production.
Major Essential Functions:
Plan and coordinate materials to support production needs.
Monitor the inbound supply of materials to ensure an adequate supply at all times.
Setup and Enter part numbers in MAS.
Enter Bills of Repair in MAS.
Documenting Policies and Procedures as needed.
Interact with all departments to support daily operations
Assist other facilities when needed.
Publish report as needed
Minor Essential Functions:
Completes all paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with peers and managers within the department with occasional interface with management for information exchange.

(Degree & Field)
BS degree in Business or equivalent certification or experiences
2+ years in purchasing/planning / sourcing/finance/customer services/quality or repair
Advanced/Immediate level of excel, word and powerpoint
Pre-employment drug screen
PC’s in window, phone
Willingness to be cross trained and work in other departments. The ability to read, write and communicate in English.
