Candidate should be knowledgeable and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Excel, Access, and Word and grow in use and operation of these applications. Will actively assist in updating and developing F-35 Support Equipment mechanisms for monitoring program progress for intervention and problem solving with team leads. Support tracking and scheduling deliveries to meet delivery dates and serve as liaison member between project management and planning, project team, and other Integrated Product Team members as required. Assist in reviewing status of projects and budgets; management of Support Equipment requirements lists and assist in preparation and derive status reports. Coordinate and manage database projects assisting internal and external customers in definition of reports, files and metrics from the teams database and help develop resolutions to meet productivity,quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Individual will assist in compiling, cost and schedule data to support F-35 Support Equipment management. Will help develop and implement ideas and/or approaches that would assist Management in becoming more efficient time managers as it relates to administrative tasks and assist in developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Support Equipment Integrated Product Team.
Basic Qualifications Proficiency in MicroSoft Office Suite 2010 or 2013, (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word and Outlook) and Windows 7. Highly proficient/an expert in formula building in Microsoft Excel Good written and oral communication skills. Experience in developing queries, forms and reports in Access. Ability to collaborate across functions in a multinational, multi-company environment. Knowledge to assisting in creating and managing departmental and organizational lifecycle budgets and work schedules.
