Lockheed Martin Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior in Fort Worth, Texas

**This position is contingent on program award***

Candidate will support the T-50A Line of Business procurement team on-site in Fort Worth, TX. Candidate will interface directly with the program implementation team, which includes program management, systems engineering and finance/business operations and communicate the responsibilities and activities of SCM to support program goals. Provides support to estimating, pricing, contracts and Procurement teams to ensure timely submission of customer proposals. Candidate will also interface with various functions and the SCM procurement team to ensure on time delivery of parts minimizing disruption to all life cycles. Candidate will have multiple site interactions.

Basic Qualifications -Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. -Experience in Systems Applications and Process (SAP). -Experience with general subcontract management or cost or quality or schedule or technical program performance.

Desired skills Analysis of Multi-Plant Warehouse locations (i.e. CEVA, Greenville, FWT, etc.) .Experience in proposal processes and/or estimating experience. Experience in participating in Proposal Kick-offs, Supplier Procurement Package Steering Committee (SPPSC) meetings or any other proposal meetings

Experience in participating with Estimating, Pricing, Contracts and Procurement and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of customer proposals.

Experience working all open supplier proposals with SCM • ECPs that have not been submitted • Pre-Sweeps to prepare for Prime negotiations • Cert-Sweeps to support Prime Price Agreements

Demonstrated business based decision making - Capable of making business based decisions - Demonstrated experience issuing Requests for Proposal, analyzing bids, and contract negotiation - Understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulations - Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)/ Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) type fact-finding and analysis - Demonstrated negotiation experience / Cost Price Analysis understanding

Able to work well under pressure and report strategic direction, priorities and SCM business solutions to T-50A Program Management and Leadership

Able to work across multiple functions and sites to develop creative solutions to eliminate or minimize impacts of parts issues across all life cycles.
