Lockheed Martin Project Management in Fort Worth, Texas

This position is based in Fort Worth and supports the F-16/F-22 Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) as part of the Program Integration Team. The position will work collaboratively with both the line of business (LOB) and the functional leadership teams to manage the portfolio’s business rhythm, ensuring customer, enterprise and corporate commitments are met on time and accurately. Applicant's assignment will be risk and opportunity management and must be able to work with subject matter experts to transform their data and information into coherent risk and opportunity assessments with qualitative mitigation/handling plans, and track those plans to closure. Applicant will also be called on to perform ad hoc tasking, on occasion, to support the LOB. Tasking could include, but not limited to, coordinating monthly program performance submittals and monthly reviews; coordinating program processes and procedures; coordinating training requirements for the LOB; managing customer/internal/external audits; coordinating team communications; and organizing employee engagement events on behalf of LOB.

Basic Qualifications • Previous Project Management experience required. • Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint workspaces.

Desired skills Knowledgeable on Program Management Processes & Procedures, and EVMS Knowledgeable on Earned Value Management processes and tools Aeronautics website maintenance, a plus • Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team on time-sensitive, highly visible tasks. • Must possess strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities, must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Ability to brief all levels of leadership. • Effectively coordinate with cross functional teams.
