Seeking Help Desk Analyst to work with prestigious company. Looking for a Helpdesk Analyst that is customer oriented. As the Helpdesk Analyst your job responsibilities will include: - Key contact for on-site and remote users for technical IT issues - Use ticketing system to answer and document problem tickets - Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance - Support of mobile devices/tablets (BlackBerry, Android, Windows, Apple) - Support of phones and headsets - Troubleshoot basic printer/copier issues - Keeping co-workers and end users informed of trends, significant problems, unexpected delays and anything new in the environment - Inventory/asset management - Support AV equipment in conference and meeting rooms To apply send updated resume to
