Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

The Release Readiness Co-ordinator, working in the HCM Cloud Lifecycle Management team, manages the release readiness activities for new releases and new functionality across the Fusion HCM and Taleo product lines.
Looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to drive HCM CloudGlobal Human Resourceand Talent Management release readiness activities. Your job will be to understand the various development cycles and own the milestones through each of the phases to ensure various functional and customer facing groups are informed and ready for each release. Concise, clear, and timely communication throughout the release roadmap is critical to the success of the cross-discipline SaaS Readiness Team (SRT) you will coordinate. You will act as the central point of contact to ensure the flow of information about upcoming releases and deliverables, from teams such as Product Management, Development, and Documentation who produce the information, to the Field teams. You will work with each team in the SRT to ensure their team deliverables are met, enabling our ecosystem to sell, deploy, and support the products.
You will own the HCM Fusion and Taleo readiness processes, looking for continuous improvement in them and consolidating them into a single unified process over time.
Organize SRT schedule and milestones for each release
Create, maintain and track each release as a formal project
Work with area leads to ensure each team that needs to be in SRT has a representative who will be responsible for participation and deliverables from that area
Lead each team represented in the SRT to complete their tasks, drive open issues to closure, and monitor team progress
Host regular SRT meetings to deliver release feature presentations and communicate on-going release activities
Proactively provide product scope and release information to SRT members, as available
Maintain SRT Readiness status for each release, and be prepared to present on this as required
Be a central point of contact for questions about readiness, and leverage your SRT contacts to provide answers
Arrange environments for SRT to access and evaluate new feature functionality during hands-on product preview events
Work with Field teams on release readiness for early adopters
Drive, promote and host product enhancement webinars for Sales, partners, customers
Craft and respond to product-related customer and partner social networking topics
Collaborate with Product Management, Documentation and Translation teams on various aspects of documentation content and format.
Bachelor s degree
10 years of work experience minimum, working in roles which span multiple lines of business
Expertise and proven success in program and project management
Experience in Fusion HCM and/or Taleo is desirable, though not essential
Experience working closely with various facets of an organization
Strong organizational skills to pull together participants and contributions from many disparate sources
Self-motivated and highly flexible
Able to work independently, while interacting effectively with teams across multiple lines of business
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills to allow for effective influencing
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to deliver succinct, impactful and professional communications appropriate to the audience
Proficient project management, leadership, team building and meeting management
