Job Description

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting Siebel CRM for multiple applications Siebel Tools, configuration, EAI (Web Services, EBC, VBC, OOB Adapters, IOs), EIM, Workflows, eScripting, Business Services, Runtime Events, ADM, Siebel Open UI (Html5, css, javascript, jquery).

  • Perform thorough unit testing of the developed modules. Provide necessary support during system, integration, end user acceptance and performance testing.

  • Conducting research and making recommendations on products, tools, services, technologies, and standards.

  • Consulting with users and providing support in the analysis of the requirements and the design of the solution.

  • Define and document the technical design of the solution, including facilitating reviews and approvals.

  • Mentors developers on the team and maintain a positive work environment as well as continually review the software development process and identify areas that need improvement.

  • Maintain discipline to support PCI and SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Education (Degree and level of attainment): BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related degree and experience

  • Experience (Industry/function and years of experience): 6 to 10 years of Experience with CRM solutions, specific to Siebel

  • Certifications: Siebel

  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Have overall 12+ years of experience in IT development

  • Have 8+ years of experience as Siebel developer in large scale Siebel CRM implementations

  • Have 5+ years of development experience in Siebel

  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Siebel Tools Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, WebServices, eScript, XML, XSLT, Integration Objects, EBC, VBC, EAI, and EIM.
