Kforce's client, a North Fort Worth, TX growing company is searching for a Corporate Recruiting Assistant for projects.Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for providing proper resources, tools, techniques, and strategies to assist business development and field teams in reaching and exceeding recruiting objectives

  • Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, media and referrals

  • Develop knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient manner

  • Screen candidates using resume and telephone, personal interviews, and assessment tools

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment functions, including college, job and career fairs as required

  • Maintain positive working relationship with all managers within assigned region

  • Maintain daily work trackers as well as any other metric reports as assigned by manager

  • Ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity laws

  • Work with Retail Operations to ensure that all hired candidates are on-boarded with the highest level of satisfaction

  • Communicate recruiting information and provide feedback on successes on areas of improvement

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

  • Retail Recruiting experience

  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
