Job Description

This administrative position supports the Flight Attendant Reports team and requires a highly motivated individual that has excellent customer service.

The Flight Attendant Reports team receives over 50,000 operational issues every year for research and data entry to the Automated Flight Attendant Reporting System. This position is responsible for researching and logging reports submitted by flight attendants and Flight Service Managers regarding Catering, Inflight Dining, Cabin Service and Inflight Entertainment, and any other operational issues. The successful candidate will work with internal departments and vendors to address the issues reported and communicate back to flight attendants the status/resolutions of their reports.

Other duties will include maintaining and updating the Flight Service FA Report Dashboard (website) with relevant and current information for flight attendants. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Flight Service experience preferred

  • Proven ability to work effectively and interface with personnel from all areas in the Flight Service organization and other departments

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software

  • SABRE Knowledge

  • HTML Knowledge

  • Travel to the interview and any subsequent relocation expenses are the responsibility of the candidate
