Estimate for testing projects.
Enforce the adherence to the company's Quality processes and procedures.
Decision to procure Software Testing tools for the organization.
Inter group co-ordination between various departments.
Provide technical support to the Testing team.
Continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members.
Review of test plans and test cases.
Attend weekly meeting of projects and provide inputs from the Testers' perspective.
Immediate notification/escalation of problems to Senior Management.
Ensure processes are followed as laid down.
Manage Testers to deliver quality product to business users
Review weekly Testers' status reports and take necessary actions
Escalate Testers' issues to the Sr. Management.
Decision making (what decisions will this Job be making): This position will make decisions on Test Strategy, Testing Suite design, Tools selection, QA standards and Governance.

Education (Degree and level of attainment): BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related degree and experience
Experience (Industry/function and years of experience): 6 to 10 years of Experience with CRM solutions, specific to Siebel
Certifications: QTSB, CSQA
Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Test Management, Test Design, Test Architecture, Automation, Perf. Testing, HP ALM, HP UFT, Selenium, JIRA
Have overall 12+ years of experience in IT
Have 8+ years of experience as Test Lead in large scale Siebel CRM implementations
Have 5+ years of development experience in Siebel
Experience with building test strategy, plans, writing and reviewing test cases
Experience working with real-time systems.
Strong experience in manual and automation testing
Airline or Sabre Reservation experience a plus
