FREEMAN Analyst - Business - U.S. in Galveston, Texas

Freeman is seeking a Business Analyst to work with our applications to analyze and support ourmanagement and operational teams. This position is also responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliation and the annual Budget and Forecast processes (including maintaining SAP Planning models) for the Regional Design Centers. Additional duties include:

  • Assume an integral role within the Business Analysis Group to organize, prioritize, manage and track strategic initiatives across the enterprise:

  • Calculate and report monthly key performance measures

  • Produce reports for management reporting

  • Analyze actual results for variance to budget and forecast

  • Manage and coordinate research projects, perform data analyses, study, develop and present ad hoc reports in support of various initiatives.

  • Conduct and coordinate research to support strategic and business planning decisions for assigned Operational groups

  • Collaborate with business users and provide support divisions as assigned

  • Provide information and production data to satisfy management inquiries.

  • Observe and analyze business processes and participate in the development of improved business processes.

  • Manage account billing reconciliation process for assigned groups

  • Maintain the budget and forecast processes for assigned operational areas

  • Special projects and ad hoc reports as assigned

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

  • Demonstrated computer skills

  • Proven customer service skills

  • Detail oriented


  • Prior experience using SAP Planning

  • Prior experience using SAP or other ERP package


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Bachelor's Degree
