Associate's degree or equivalent and 2 years related experience.
To provide administrative guidance and technical support in the coordination of grants and contracts.
$41,010 - $51,300 annually, commensurate with experience.
This position is in the pay band code: CS14.
Specific Job Related Duties
Provide assistance to principal investigators in the preparation of complex grants and contract proposals.
Furnish information and guidance as to the use and content of university and grantor/contractor forms.
Review completed applications and contracts for accuracy and compliance with the requirements of the University and funding agency.
Review and make recommendations on proposed budget changes in order to determine whether such changes are permissible under the terms of the grants or contracts.
Prepare drafts of service contracts and affiliation agreements.
Administer and maintain the disbursement of grants pertaining to budgetary guidelines.
Advise investigators regarding grant applications, deadlines and projections for future research funds.
Adhere to internal controls established for department.
Perform related duties as required.
