Specific Job Related Duties
Develops, writes, and edits material for manuals, briefs, reports, proposals, instruction books and related technical material.
Studies patient care histories, laboratory reports and physician's notes and assembles this data in proper journalistic form without altering its technical content.
Proofreads specialized medical and technical publications.
Reviews manuscripts and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, content and methods of reproduction and binding.
Arranges for art work and photographs to be included in publications.
Corresponds with other organizations and institutions to request or to furnish technical publications.
Adheres to internal controls established for department.
Performs related duties as required.
