Who are we looking for?
Our team is looking for a talented Branch Operations Supervisor, who will oversee branch operations and branch sales in tandem and/or in the absence of the Branch Manager. In this role you will also ensure adequate staff levels are maintained, tellers are well trained and ongoing training is provided to include: compliance/regulatory, member service and sales training.

Assist with the tellers to include interviewing, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, delegating, and training.
Receive and process all teller transaction to include deposits (in-branch or night deposit), withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, visa cash advances and other promotional items.
Provide quality member service both in person and over the phone.
Help ensure the staff is familiar with any promotional offers and selling tickets for charities/raffles.
Be prepared to balance and maintain accountability for the amount of cash in teller drawer, cash dispense machines and ATM(s) on a daily basis.
Provide support to platform staff as needed in a supervisory capacity and be able to perform all FSR and MSR related duties while providing coverage as deemed necessary.
What you will need to succeed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities on a daily basis
Great organizational skills, with strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Sales, supervisory and coaching skills
Proven skills related to the accuracy in the use of numbers and their application in the processing and tracking of credit union transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
A minimum of 2 years in banking operations or a similar environment.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of teller operations and cash handling.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
