Lockheed Martin Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) Engineer in Grand Prairie, Texas

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking for experienced engineers to support development of a hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) seeker integration lab. Responsibilities may include radar seeker simulation modeling, integration of radar seekers with missile airframes, modeling of seeker signal processing algorithms and support for trade studies.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must have an active Secret

Guidance, navigation and control (GNC) experience

Flexibility to work with various seekers and interfaces in an open architecture environment is needed

Experience with GNC techniques and incorporating disparate data sets and algorithms into a high fidelity 6DOF missile model

Must have good communication skills

Desired skills

Experience with homing missiles

Experience in developing and using a HWIL environment

Familiarity with radar seeker performance analysis and signal processing

Ability to work well with both internal and external customers

Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink and C++

Experience with HWIL analysis and testing
